Tami's Muffins

My mom used to make these when we were young and we loved them.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease the bottoms only of 12 muffin cups. Beat the egg. Stir in the milk and oil until blended. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix just until the flour is moist. The batter will be lumpy.
- Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake about 20 minutes. Remove from pan.
